First one was great they were speedy on a friday afternoon and no issues. Second one was just weeks later so I thought I would use them again. Now the person on the phone told me at 9 am that morning it would be a few hours so thats 1-3 hours. 5 hours later they towed my car to bodyshop which resulted in spending over $500 in rental car fees for the weekend since my car was not there in time to get it fixed. I tried to talk to owner that this was bad business as I also operate a business he didn't want to hear it. I would not use this company ever again. They always get the job done. They're friendly and knowledgeable. When they dropped off one of my motorcycles at the Harley-Davidson dealership, the dealership people said they were the most knowledgeable motorcycle towers they had ever seen. I did not have to wait that long Nathen from east end towing came in contact with me and asked about what my issue was with the vehicle I explained and he And he notified me of how long it would take to get there also he kept in contact every time every 10 minutes. He told me I’ll get he’s pretty close this far and he made it on time.
