Now I used this company for two tows within one month and had TWO different experiences! First one was great they were speedy on a friday afternoon and no issues. Second one was just weeks later so I thought I would use them again. Now the person on the phone told me at 9 am that morning it would be a few hours so thats 1-3 hours. 5 hours later they towed my car to bodyshop which resulted in spending over $500 in rental car fees for the weekend since my car was not there in time to get it fixed. I tried to talk to owner that this was bad business as I also operate a business he didn't want to hear it. I would not use this company ever again. Unprofessional and obviously not worried about time and the money it could cost you!

This company is by far an amazing company to have tow you or even help with roadside service, now I will say towing is super expensive like I'm talking hundreds, but with AAA holy hell it's worth it. Lol anyways these guys go above and beyond for their customers, very glad AAA chooses them

I was honestly pretty nervous about calling a tow because of a bad experience I’ve had before, but this ended up being a completely different story. Adam was amazing; super quick to respond, friendly, and had my car taken care of in no time. He made the whole situation way less stressful than I expected. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

I have used East end towing several times. They always get the job done. They're friendly and knowledgeable. When they dropped off one of my motorcycles at the Harley-Davidson dealership, the dealership people said they were the most knowledgeable motorcycle towers they had ever seen. Your valuable vehicles are in good hands with them.

I broke down in my semi early this morning. I did not have to wait that long Nathen from east end towing came in contact with me and asked about what my issue was with the vehicle I explained and he And he notified me of how long it would take to get there also he kept in contact every time every 10 minutes. He told me I’ll get he’s pretty close this far and he made it on time. He loaded me up and I highly recommend this company.

William was extremely kind and helpful!! I pray I get him again if the need arises! He made things very convenient by coming by my home to pick up the key. Otherwise, I would've had to get a ride to where my car was located.
